Video about Dracula

My group has finally finished our "Dracula" video. It looks kind of modern, though it is set in the olden days. We made plenty of bloopers too. They were funny too and it definitly lightened up every one's spirit. We enjoyed making the movie and were exhausted after filming the whole of it. We definitly quarrel with each other. I had a big fight with my leader cum "so-called" director. He had scolded me as i did not hold up the drape properly to dim the light. I was being pestered by one of my group members' brother. I later told him the reason and yet he still scolded me. I decided to not talk with him or follow his instructions for a short time. He too ignored me for that period of time but we soon had to put our differences aside and had to cooperate with each other.About half an hour later, we finally finished the video and eveyone let out feelings of relief. We have also finished editing the video. The final version is already ready and has been given to Mrs. Goh. We have not given to Mr. Soo because our leader has not burnt the video on a CD yet.

Frank Copalla's Dracula

The difference in Van Helsing in the movie and the book is that the book wrote him as a serious man who would not joke around while in the movie, he was depicted as an eccentric man who is very strange around people even to his student, Jack Seward.
Also, Van Helsing, in the movie, has a particular mood change throughout the whole movie while in the book he was constantly being quite serious. At first, he was depicted quite seriously but towards the end he became quite strange.
The other character , Dracula, also had some difference in the movie. firstly, he was depicted not as a villain but a man that was forced to do evil while in the book, he was depicted as the protagonist.
Also, Dracula , in the movie, was chasing Mina Harker because he thought that she was his long gone wife. while in the book, he chased Mina to feed on her blood.
lastly, in the movie, Dracula was not scared of the crucifix, unlike in the book, instead he melted it, and he did not react the same as in the book, like wanting for Jonathan's blood when Dracula saw it.
i prefered the book to the movie because i felt that the movie was a bit unrealistic when Lucy was condemned by Dracula, suddenly blood literally exploded everywhere in the room. the book, though being quite boring in some parts of the story, was more realistic at that time and was not that supernatural and not very exaggerated till the extent where Mina Harker happened to be Dracula's long late lost wife.

Why did i choose my character and how i come up my character..

i chose him as since dr john seward was very clever, he should have a twin brother or an opposite of his character... i came up with the name jonathan as it was suitable for a name in those time... also, it would be quite inappropiate to have a name such like ruben or randall( no offense to those stated above).

About my character

My character is about Jonathan Seward, John Seward's twin brother. He is identical in every aspect of his brother, except that he is physically stronger or fitter than John, while John is academically stronger. He was also one of Dr. Abraham van Hellsing’s students. He was only a student for a short time under Dr. van Hellsing as he did not want to continue with his studies and he wanted to go to work out in the outside world.
